Stanley Hautdidier

After training as an engineer and completing a master’s degree in management, Stanley Hautdidier worked as a sales manager at a German MedTech company. He then joined a private clinic in Geneva as Director of Medical Affairs in charge of revenues. He also set up and grew an architecture and engineering firm specialising in healthcare, which he directed until September 2019.

He joined the Swiss Medical Network as manager of the Genolier Innovation Hub In 2019, and was appointed operations manager in April 2021, then made managing director in December 2021. He has held the post of Regional Director for the Arc Lémanique region since 2026.

(*1991) After graduating with a master’s from HEC, the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne, Laurent Philippi joined Swiss Medical Network in 2015 as a Business Controller. After two years working with the finance department at Clinique Générale-Beaulieu, he became Business Controller for the clinic in 2018 before being appointed as Director of Finance and Operations in 2022. He is director of the clinic since 2026.

(*1993) Marie Machwirth has a master’s in hotel management from the Vatel Hotel and Tourism Business School, and has held various roles in luxury hotels in Switzerland. In 2019, she joined Clinique Générale-Beaulieu as Communication & Marketing Manager, before taking over as Assistant Director of Operations in 2022.

Rémi-Pierre Champelovier

(*1963) After training as a nurse in Annecy, Rémi Champelovier began his career as a nurse at the Bonneville hospital. In 1992, he joined Clinique Générale-Beaulieu as a scrub nurse in the operating theatre before being appointed Deputy Manager and subsequently Manager of the Clinic's operating theatre. On the strength of a diploma in proximity control and a DAS in strategic purchasing, logistics and procurement management, he was appointed Director of Care in 2016.

Having qualified as a nurse in 2007, Marion Crabos began her career at a cancer centre before moving to the Geneva area in 2012. She joined the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in 2013, where she worked successively in medicine, surgery, outpatient care and then the recovery room. Appointed Head of Surgical Nursing (IRUS) in 2017, she played a key role in establishing the surgical department and in several institutional projects. Holding a CAS, a DAS and subsequently a Master’s degree in Strategic Management of Healthcare Organisations, she initiated and implemented the project to launch the clinic’s home care service, becoming its Managing Director in 2025. She was appointed Deputy Director of Clinical Care at the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in 2026.

Christelle Duverger

A qualified nurse, Christelle Duverger began her career at the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in 2007 after two years’ experience in France. She practised in medicine for several years before obtaining a qualification in clinical nutrition and becoming involved in various institutional projects, notably as an EHR lead in the digitisation of patient records. Appointed IRUS for surgery in 2019, then IRUS for outpatient oncology in 2024, she also contributed to the development of outpatient oncology and infection prevention. Holding a CAS, a DAS in healthcare institution management and an Inter-University Diploma in Infectious Diseases and Hospital Hygiene, she was appointed Deputy Director of Nursing at the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in 2026.

Medical Council

As an advisory body, the Medical Council acts as a link between the medical profession and the Board of Directors, to whom it submits any proposals for improving medical and paramedical services or for medical developments.
