Doctor Ruben Mazzucchelli has returned to Ticino after travelling the world – without regrets, but with a few stories to tell
Ruben Mazzucchelli is a doctor from Lugano specialising in orthopaedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system. He is only forty years old but already has a wealth of professional experience behind him. He spent time in the United States at one of the country's largest academic hospitals, the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He worked for over a year at Fiona Stanley and Fremantle Hospitals, a hospital group in Perth, Australia, where he met his wife Monika, who is soon to become a mother. He then gained professional experience at leading clinics in Switzerland: St. Gallen, Winterthur and Zurich.
